Measuring UX and Impact of Design

Learn how to turn vague business objectives into specific design KPIs that will help you and your team to achieve results.

About

Understanding that design works means knowing what to keep an eye on. That’s when KPIs enter the scene. They help you to track your team’s design results and inform the next steps. What’s left for you to know is how to do it efficiently.

During the workshop, you will:
— learn how to define, establish, and track team-specific design KPIs and ensure they cover user and business needs;
— know the difference between OKRs, KPIs, and metrics and how to turn them into clear goals;
— understand how to navigate the unpredictability of technical limitations and business constraints and move toward better design;
— learn how to combine qualitative and quantitative insights when measuring design KPIs;
— discover how to collaborate with developers to drive KPIs organization-wide.

You’ll sail through this three-day journey with the instructor. You’ll dive into ready-to-use techniques and work in groups to formulate tailored design KPIs for various projects.
